How It Works

1. Browse Vehicles & Equipment

Browse available vehicles and equipment and review the information provided for each listing, including specifications, current bid, Buy It Now price, location, shipping terms, inspection and service information, and current listing status.

2. Create Your Account

You may browse general listing information without an account. A registered account is required to access restricted listing information, including the full VIN or serial number and available vehicle or equipment history information.

3. Become a Verified Bidder

Bidding and Buy It Now transactions are limited to Verified Bidders. To request verification, sign in to your account and submit the requested government-issued identification. Verification submissions are reviewed manually by BidBuyNext before bidding and purchasing privileges are activated.

4. Place a Bid or Buy It Now

Verified Bidders may place bids on eligible listings or purchase eligible inventory at the displayed Buy It Now price. A submitted bid is subject to the applicable listing and marketplace terms. When a bid is accepted or a Buy It Now transaction is confirmed, the listing may be placed in Pending status while the transaction is completed.

5. Transaction Documents & Payment

After a transaction is confirmed, BidBuyNext coordinates the applicable transaction documentation and payment process. Depending on the transaction, documents may include an invoice, purchase agreement, Bill of Sale, ownership or title-transfer documentation, payment receipt, and shipping or delivery documents.

Payments are made by bank wire in accordance with the payment instructions issued for the specific transaction. Buyers should use only payment instructions provided through official BidBuyNext communications and should contact BidBuyNext Support if payment instructions require clarification or verification.

6. Title & Ownership Transfer

Where applicable, BidBuyNext coordinates the transaction documentation associated with transfer of ownership. Government-issued certificates of title, registration documents, odometer disclosures, lien releases, and other state-required forms are handled according to the documentation applicable to the vehicle, equipment, and jurisdiction involved in the transaction.

7. Shipping, Pickup & Delivery

Shipping terms are established individually for each listing and are displayed with the listing information. Depending on the transaction, shipping may be free, included or arranged, buyer-paid, or subject to a transportation quote. Pickup, carrier information, delivery details, and related documentation are coordinated as applicable after the transaction is confirmed.

8. Transaction Completion

A transaction is completed after the required payment, transaction documentation, and applicable delivery or pickup process have been completed. Buyers should retain their transaction documents and contact BidBuyNext Support with any questions concerning an active transaction.
