Identity documents submitted for Verified Bidder review are stored in private server storage and are restricted to authenticated administrative access used for verification and related security or compliance purposes. We retain verification information only as reasonably necessary for these purposes and applicable legal obligations.

Information may be disclosed to service providers and transaction participants as reasonably necessary for hosting, security, communications, payment administration, transportation or shipping, professional services, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and completion of a transaction.
